Training changes what people know. Business Dynamics changes how your team works. A live team day, then follow-up for every leader, so the change still shows on Monday.
Why most training doesn’t stick
People attend, get inspired, and come back to a longer to-do list. Nothing in the system has changed. Business Dynamics looks at the company as a living system: where people connect, where they clash, and what nobody says out loud.
The team day uses business constellations. See how a business constellation works, or read about our seminar at the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce.
Built for three business problems
- Engagement and turnover: a team that knows what it belongs to and stays
- Presenteeism and absenteeism: people who come to work but aren’t really working, or stop coming
- Change and AI: teams facing restructuring, new leaders, acquisitions or new tools
What a programme includes
- Before: scoping call with the sponsor and a short team pulse survey
- Day 1: live team day, mapping the team system, one real business case, and how the team relates to growth and money
- Weeks 1–3: one 90-minute one-to-one session for each leader
- Week 4: team follow-up session and a repeat pulse survey
- After: written report with what we saw, what changed and recommendations
Investment
- Pilot, one team (8–12 people including managers): from €4,900 + VAT
- Programme, three teams and more, with a cross-team report and leadership debrief: from €14,500 + VAT
Delivered with a systemic facilitation partner, in English, Romanian and Russian, on site or hybrid. Recent and planned work in Romania, Moldova, Hungary, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Qatar.
How we work
Participation is voluntary and confidential. We agree the scope with the sponsor before the day. This is organisational development, not therapy.
In a room of founders and high-performers, he quickly identified the internal tension leaders carry before big decisions… grounded reconnection exercises that created clarity, calm under pressure and sharper decision energy.
