Audrius Kazlauskas is a leadership capacity advisor and founder of SoulfulB, a boutique advisory focused on helping founders, executives, and high-performing professionals expand their internal leadership capacity as responsibility and visibility grow.
His professional journey began in international corporate environments. In 2006, while working in London at Reed Business Information, part of the global Reed Elsevier group, Audrius entered the world of high-performance B2B business development. The fast-paced sales environment exposed him to complex decision-making dynamics across global markets and industries, including banking and financial institutions.
Driven by a deep curiosity about how people make decisions, he immersed himself in disciplines such as behavioural psychology, negotiation science, strategic selling, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Over time he managed a large international client portfolio and developed expertise in navigating complex stakeholder environments and facilitating win-win outcomes in high-stakes negotiations.
While this period brought professional recognition and financial success, it also revealed the hidden cost of sustained high performance without internal alignment. Experiencing burnout early in his career prompted a deeper exploration into the psychological and physiological factors that influence human performance and wellbeing.
Over the following two decades, Audrius continued working in international corporate settings while simultaneously studying practices that support mental clarity, resilience, and self-awareness. His learning journey has included mindfulness and meditation practices, yoga and breathwork traditions, systemic psychology, and leadership development methods across Europe and Asia. His studies have taken him from corporate leadership environments to retreats and training programs in locations such as India, Bali, and across Europe.
Through this multidisciplinary exploration, he became particularly interested in how internal psychological patterns influence leadership behaviour, decision clarity, and stress resilience. This work eventually led him to systemic methodologies such as Family and Business Constellations, which examine the hidden relational dynamics shaping organisations, teams, and leadership systems.
Today, through SoulfulB, Audrius works with founders, executives, and senior professionals navigating periods of growth, complexity, and increased responsibility. His work focuses on identifying internal patterns that limit leadership effectiveness and helping clients recalibrate their internal architecture to sustain performance under pressure.
Rather than traditional coaching or therapy, his approach is structured and outcome-oriented, designed to help leaders move from internal friction toward calm authority, clearer decision-making, and stable leadership presence.
Alongside his advisory work, Audrius continues to pursue endurance sports, breathwork practices, and nature-based activities that support physical and mental resilience. He views leadership development as a continuous process of aligning external success with internal capacity.
